Refund Policy
At Growthic Solution, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and maintaining transparency with our clients. Please read our refund policy carefully before starting any project.
1. No Refund on Deposit
All initial deposits are strictly non-refundable.
The deposit secures your project slot, planning, and resource allocation.
Once paid, the deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances unless required by law.
2. Cancellation Policy
If a client cancels the project without a valid or solid reason, no refund will be issued.
Invalid reasons include (but are not limited to):
Change of mind
Personal preference (e.g., not liking design style)
Switching to another service provider
Lack of internal readiness or delays from the client side
3. Future Service Credit (If Work Has Not Started)
If the project has not yet started, the deposited amount will not be refunded, but it may be converted into credit.
This credit can be used for any future service offered by Growthic Solution.
Credit can be used later upon request.
4. Project in Progress
Once the project has started, no refunds will be provided.
If a project is paused or canceled midway, payments will be adjusted based on the work completed.
5. No Refund After Completion
Once the project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Clients are encouraged to review work during the process and request revisions within the agreed scope.
6. Revisions & Satisfaction
Revisions are provided based on the agreed package or scope.
Dissatisfaction due to personal preference does not qualify for a refund.
7. Service-Based Nature
As our services are digital and time-based, refunds are limited once work has commenced.
Payments cover time, expertise, planning, and execution, not just the final deliverable.
